New Orleans, LA (NOLA)

We made it to New Orleans!!  The Campground is right on the edge of the French Quarter.  Walking distance to almost everything.  The campground is like a little fortress, with a brick (cinder block) wall around it and 24-hour security.  We must be in the inner city!






We are basically walking distance to everything in the French Quarter.  In fact, this afternoon we toured the French Quarter, sampled some Gumbo and visited and enjoyed the Cafe du Monde for Beignets and Cafe Au Late and shopped in the French Market.  A lot of walking for this old man today.
