The 7 Week adventure from Florida through Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona is over.
We traveled back to New York from Arizona through New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and finally New York. All in all a journey of 52 days, and just under 6,200 miles. We had a great time and saw many things we will remember for a very long time.
Now it's time to get ready for camping season! Hey, wait, we've been in camping season for the last two months.
We're Back!
Welcome.

Time for a little catch-up
Our Travels have been fantastic. The only problem I've had has been our Internet Connectivity. Uploading pictures to the Blog takes up a lot of Internet facilities. Most Campgrounds are not providing internet strong enough to upload pictures. The Unlimited Verizon Plan I took out although stating unlimited internet connections have a set limit of 15 GIGs to the MiFi device I have. I used up that 15 GIG in 10 days.
So, I have been unable to upload pictures of our North Rim of the Grand Canyon adventures. Well, here we go with some nice Northern views of the Canyon:

Viva Las Vegas!
What can be said of Sin City? Gambling, Food, Noise, Liquor, and of course HEAT! It's June and the temps are 102, 104 degrees. Why are we here? Because we have never been here before. So, what's a trip to the Southwest without Vegas?

ATV-ing in Red Canyon
On our last day in Utah, we decided it would be great to see a Canyon from the bottom looking up, so we went on an All-Terrain-Vehicle 3 hour tour of one of the Red Canyons. Castro Canyon.
It was a new experience for us both. I have driven just about any vehicle, but never an ATV. So now was the time. The hardest part was learning to keep your balance over some very rough and narrow terrain. Going out we went slowly for our small group of 4 ATV's to adjust. On the way back in, it was wide open as fast as you wanted to safely travel. The guide was interesting pointing out different rock structures and taking us through Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid's hideaway and where they supposedly hid their stolen treasure.

Bryce Canyon National Park and Red Canyon
On Tuesday, June 5th we arrived at a campground, Red Canyon RV Park, just outside of Bryce Canyon National Park in Panguitch, UT to spend 4 days investigating Bryce Canyon NP, nearby Red Canyon, Zion National Park (about 65 miles away) and a number of small towns in the area.
Our Trip to Red Canyon was on our way to Bryce Canyon NP. Red Canyon lived up to its name.
